Who Am I?

I am currently a Senior at Penny Stamps School of Art and Design at the University of Michigan. I find myself creating digital collages as a way to document my surroundings. I use photography as inspiration for my collages, utilizing my own photographs and found images as content. My metals work allows me to conceptualize how a digital design becomes a physical. These two worlds often collide in my creative practice, as I integrate both digital and physical elements in my work. Currently, I am working on e-books that include interactive animations and collage.

My goal as a creative is to become an Art Educator. I am fascinated with the psychological aspects of our society and how people intersect themselves within the spaces we create.

This summer, I will be studying at Studio Arts Center International in Florence, Italy. During my time there, I will be taking studio classes that focus on Small Metals and Photography.
